Dr Clifton E Marsh's Getting Out of Dodge City

Join us at Prince Books on Saturday, January 28th at either 10am to 11am or noon to 1pm for a reading and signing of Dr. Clifton E Marsh's new book, Getting Out of Dodge City: Heading to L.A. on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe.
Getting Out of Dodge City is the chronicle of a proud Black family whose history also reflects changes in society as a whole.
A native of Los Angeles, California, Dr. Clifton E. Marsh was an all conference football player at Cal State, Long Beach. He went on to earn a Ph.D. in Sociology at Syracuse University. He is currently a professor of Social and Public Services at Tidewater Community College in Norfolk, Virginia. His past academic posts have included Chairman of the Social Science department at Morris Brown College in Atlanta and the department of Sociology at Hampton University in Virginia. Dr. Marsh's publications include The Lost-Found Nation of Islam in America and From Black Muslims to Muslims.
