Anne Tazewell lived in Norfolk for 4 pivotal years after she started the area's first vegetarian restaurant- the Amrit- with three partners. As an earth advocate and author, Anne went on to have a long career as a clean energy expert and recently published her first book. She has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from New College, Florida's Honors College and in 2018 earned a MFA in Creative Non Fiction from Goucher College.
Her father was a man cloaked in mystery, a man of contradiction. James M. Eichelberger was a writer, philosopher, decorated WWII intelligence officer, CIA Agent, and oil industry consultant who died a penniless alcoholic.
